Below you will find a small list of questions that we here rather frequently. If you
have a question that is not listed please do not hesitate to use our

- How do you recieve my billing claims?
We offer several easy options for data pick up. We provide personal data pick up
for our local area, United States Post Office, fax and e-mail.
- How often should we send our billing to you?
You can send your data as often as you would like! However, we recommend
that our clients be consistent with sending their billings either daily,
bi-weekly, or weekly.
- What information is required in order for you to produce a claim?
We require the following information.
1.) Patient demographic sheet
2.) Copy of patients insurance card(s), front & back
3.) The patients completed superbill, including CPT codes
4.) Copy of the patients "Signature on file"
- Do we have to report insurance payments and client payments that are received in our office?
Yes!! This is vital to your practice for us to receive this information,
this is how we would enter the insurance carriers or patients payment
to generate the monthly statements. This would be done by copying all checks
and remittances and sending them to our office.
- What types of specialities do you bill for?
We are able to bill for virtually any type of practice.
- How long will it take to get a medical practice signed up?
The sign up process will take approximately 4 weeks. We will be able
to provide you a more detailed time frame once we have analyzed your practice.
- What are your fees?
There will be a small sign-up fee and then the monthly fees. The setup fee
will depend on the size of your practice and volume of your claims. The monthly fees
can be charged either by a percentage of the monthly receivables or on a per
claim basis.
- Can you code our superbills for us?
At this time we do not provide coding services to our clients.
